Queenstown is a mixture of stunningly beautiful scenery and
humanity.
The anti-everything brigade is outnumbered by the let’s make money from tourists brigade.
The weather has been just above perfect. Except some of these mountains would look better in bad weather. Or covered with snow.
Basically this is a winter resort town which has tried to cover all the seasons. Most of our group has found some activity to do. Not paragliding or skydiving. Some are going for the jet boats.
Tonight we are going on the chairlift.
Tomorrow we add another parkrun to our tally.
