The day after Umhlanga Park Run South Africa
Run along road by the beach. Every 50 meters there is a
runner. Coming or going. What is it about South Africans? Why do they love to
run? If I understood them and if I could see into their soul I might find out
why they love to run. And I might find
something out about myself. I might find out why I love to run.
At the moment I will just get out there and enjoy running.
